Terms & Conditions
These terms govern all bookings made with AeroLyn Airport Transfers.
Booking & confirmation
A booking is confirmed once payment has been authorised and a booking reference has been issued. Please check all journey details on your confirmation and notify us immediately of any errors.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled pickup time. For airport pickups, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made outside these windows may be charged in full.
Waiting time
For airport pickups we include 45 minutes of free waiting time from the flight landing time. For all other pickups, 15 minutes of free waiting time is included. Additional waiting time may be chargeable.
Luggage & passengers
Please ensure the vehicle selected can accommodate your party and luggage. Drivers may refuse carriage where the passenger or luggage count exceeds the stated vehicle capacity.
Pricing
Quoted prices are fixed for the journey described at the time of booking. Changes to the route, additional stops, or extended waiting time may incur further charges.
Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or road closures. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
